Executive/Adult Training

Strength and conditioning program for small groups that incorporates traditional weight trainmen, functional movements, bodyweight movements and cardiovascular trainmen performed at short, but high intense periods of time. Base on a 12-week cycle, each session will provide a comprehensive training opportunity:

  • Body Sculpt: Weeks 1-3 (stabilization strength)
  • High Intensity Interval Training: Weeks 4-5 (strength endurance)
  • Unloading: Week 6
  • Super Sculpt: Weeks 7-9 (power)
  • Unloading: Week 10
  • High Intensity Interval Training: Weeks 11-12 (power endurance)
